At Twinkle White®, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee from the date your order is delivered.If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or refund review.Please note that due to hygiene and safety regulations, refunds can only be issued for products that are unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging with the seal intact.Opened or used oral care products, including whitening kits, whitening pens, and whitening powders, are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

•Your order number
•Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases once a product has been opened or used due to hygiene and safety regulations.If your order is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, usage instructions, and suitability before placing an order.

Refunds (If Approved)
If a refund is approved:

•Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
•Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non refundable unless the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Twinkle White is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for resending returned parcels.

Individual whitening results may vary depending on factors such as starting tooth shade, lifestyle habits, and consistency of use. As results differ from person to person, we do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with results alone.
